Our yoga space is made of a beautiful Circle teak wood rancho and covered by a majestic palapa roof. It is located outdoors, in nature, adjacent to the jungle. Facing East with the rising of the Sun to greet us, the start of a new day, the direction of new beginnings/creations and the element of Air. Elixir Wellness Sunrise Yoga classes will have you feeling energized & inspired to set your intentions of positivity for each new day.
